# Application Manager

> Desktop and server orchestration engine, terminal multiplexer, DICC process supervisor, and Agent-Model Observer backend.

Application Manager is the fleet centralized process orchestration engine, developer workspace coordinator, and telemetry collection platform. It governs background service lifecycles, IDE task execution, terminal multiplexing, and agent model telemetry across development and production environments.

Core subsystems include the DICC Runner, Terminal Multiplexer, Agent-Model Observer, and Process Supervisor.
